Terms of Use
These Terms of Use are an addition to the Standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA).
Free version
Masterlist: Focus & Tasks provides a free version with access to limited features of the app.
Pro version
Masterlist Pro is enabled via an auto-renewing subscription, or a lifetime purchase.
Tips and donations
Users may give tips and donations to the developer under "tips" or "coffee." These are non-refundable and may be used at the developer's full discretion.
Purchases, subscriptions, and donations
Renewal, cancellation, price, duration, and other matters regarding subscriptions, purchases, and donations — including in-app purchases — are governed by Apple's published guidelines, documentation, policies, and the Standard Apple EULA.
Clarifications
- The term "unlimited" — in "unlimited tasks," "unlimited reminders," "unlimited repeaters," and similar phrases — means the respective limits of the Free version are removed. Technical and other limits still exist in both Free and Pro versions due to software and hardware design and capacity.
- Auto backups are stored on users' devices to protect privacy. If a device is lost, stolen, or stops functioning, backups stored on it may become inaccessible. Users should keep regular backups outside their device.
Other provisions
These Terms do not amend the Standard Apple EULA. In case of any conflict, the Standard Apple EULA prevails.
Amendments
These Terms may be amended from time to time, effective immediately upon publication.

The website and application are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Neither the owner, provider, nor copyright holders are liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from use of the website or application.
