Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Masterlist: Focus & Tasks, available on the Apple App Store.

The short version
Everything you create in the app — tasks, notes, logs, statistics — stays on your device. We never collect, transmit, or store it. The only data that leaves your device is limited, anonymous analytics and, for non-Pro users, non-personalized ads, both handled by the third parties below.
What stays on your device
All your tasks, notes, logs, statistics, and similar content are stored locally and never sent to us or anyone else. We have no server-side copy, no account system, and no way to read what you enter.
What is collected, and by whom
Analytics and diagnostics. Third-party services — Google Analytics, Google Firebase, and Apple analytics — collect limited, aggregated data about app usage, performance, and crashes. It isn't meant to identify you and never includes the content you create in the app.
Advertising. Non-Pro users see non-personalized ads via Google AdMob. The app is set to disable your device's advertising identifier and prevent personalized targeting. Google may process ad data for frequency capping, aggregated reporting, and fraud prevention. Pro users see no ads at all.
Because these run inside the app, their handling of data is governed by their own policies, including Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data disclosure. We don't sell your data, and we don't control these providers' internal practices.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to information about how your data is processed. Since we hold none of your content ourselves, most requests will point to the third-party providers above — but you're welcome to reach us at contact@loneknight.net and we'll help where we can.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time, effective on publication.
